Chelsi was very helpful and open to any suggestions we had. When we came to a point we weren't sure of what to do she gave many options and suggestions of help ie. using a declination form instead of counteroffer form. She has extensive knowledge of the different types of loans and guidance of which offers are worth entertaining based on the type of loan associated with the offer were extremely helpful.

Chelsi is so sweet and such a pro! She looked at bunches of houses with my husband and I until we finally found our dream home! When my husband switched jobs right after our offer was accepted, we didn't think we would be able to get our loan financed, but thankfully with Chelsi's extensive knowledge and experience in her field she referred us to a mortgage broker that was able to get our loan financed with a better rate than we were approved for before! She answered all the questions we had promptly and was super helpful to us as a first time home buyers, guiding us through the process and making it a great experience!
