Dan was the absolute perfect fit for us. Being new to the area, he sat down with us and tried to get a good feeling as to what and where our needs were. Everyday we would receive an email from Dan with suggestions for us to look at. As we would go through a house, Dan was keenly observant and would point out details that most home buyers would not pick up on, and was also quick to point out what was good for us about the house as well. When we would ask to see certain houses, his knowledge of the area would allow him to tell us that the daily commute would be a hassle or that the school district was not the best, small tidbits of knowledge that helped throughout our decision making process. Dan constantly made himself available to us, as he and my husband would go through about 5 houses a day for 4 or 5 days a week during the day, all while Dan himself was actually moving into a new house himself. His knowledge and professionalism made him easy to work with, he was always on time for our scheduled walk throughs, and he stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We could not have found a better agent to work with, and we would recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy a new home

Dan was a first time buyer's dream. We had many questions and he always patiently gave thorough answers. Most importantly, he listened to our needs for a house and delivered!
