I've been in real estate for 24 years. I'm a wife, a mom, and a Mimi. We have 2 fur babies that are goldens, and they have the run of the house! I love what I do in helping people buy and/or sell a home!! I came into this business with years of experience as a paralegal, which equipped me with a solid basis for understanding the intricacies of contracts and legal issues that are part of home sales. I started in real estate career in general brokerage, then transitioning into new home sales.

    I obtained the highest designation one can receive in residential marketing (MIRM) in 2007. I also received the distinction of the Silver Finalist in her Region for Sales Manager of the Year, an award bestowed by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders.

    I have a natural coaching instinct, the belief that everyone matters, and a lively sense of humor are cornerstones to my success in my interactions with sales agents and in dealing with builders and developers. And when necessary to diffuse a potentially volatile situation, (or just to bring a smile to people's faces), I'm quick to interject some humor which invariably gets everyone is back on track and able to work together to find solutions.

    In order to continually stay on the cutting edge of homebuilding trends, and on top of the ever-changing real estate market, I maintain a active role in several professional associations. I currently serve and served on the Board of Directors (2004-2010) and as Vice President of Associates (2005, 2006 and 2007) for the Raleigh/Wake County Home Builders Association, as well as a National Director for the National Association of Home Builders. I earned multiple Million Dollar Circle Awards.

    I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Wake County Home Builder's Association, a local non-profit organization, an advocate for local causes to benefit the community, and am an active member of her church. I'm married, husband, Jimmy and our fur baby Benny, golden retriever, reside in Lake Royale. She has a married daughter and 6 year old grandson. Their enthusiasm for the exceptionally high quality of life found in the Triangle makes the business of home selling here a natural for me!
