Ashlie joins us from the world of hospitality and service, including hotels and the sports tourism industry. With 16 years of customer service experience, Ashlie loves working with others. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Ashlie attended Stephen Decatur High School, Wor-Wic Community College, and Wilmington University. In 2021, she entered the world of real estate, obtaining her Maryland real estate license, and is currently awaiting her Delaware license.

Ashlie currently lives in Millsboro, DE with her son and fiancée, and enjoys spending time with her family. They are thrilled to be welcoming a new baby to their family in July 2022. Ashlie and her family enjoy playing games together, going to the beach, and exploring new places.
