I have been a Realtor and Broker since 1978, and I am licensed in Maryland and Delaware. I founded Salisbury's largest locally owned Real Estate company, Bill Martin & Associates, in 1985, and we joined the ERA franchise in 1996. ERA has been among the top 3 Real Estate firms in the local market for over 20 years, and has been the area's #1 company since 2013.

I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, and focus primarily on residential real estate. However, I have extensive experience with commercial, investments, rental homes, lots & land, acreage, farms, short sales, and foreclosures. l also spend much of my time training new agents and working closely with all of the agents in my company.
