Joni Martin Williamson

Born and raised on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland, Joni graduated from the University of Maryland in 2004 and immediately began her real estate career.  Licensed that same year, she specialized in new construction and development while also learning the behind the scenes part of the real estate business.  In 2008, Joni obtained her Brokers license, and began managing and training the agents in her company, assisting them with their transactions, technology, and business development.  

Today, Joni is President and Broker of ERA Martin Associates, with offices in Salisbury and Ocean Pines, Maryland.  She manages and oversees all aspects of the company.  Her attention is on helping her agents build their careers and implementing products and tools within the company to help them excel.  Outside of the office, Joni is very involved with the Coastal Association of Realtors, as a current committee chair and past President.  She also dedicates her time and energy to organizations such as the Alzheimer's Association, Wicomico Child Advocacy Center, the Life Crisis Center, and more. 

During the weekends, Joni enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of all that our area has to offer.  Whether it is participating in a book club at a local winery, or paddleboarding around Ocean City's waterways, Joni loves to be outside and is a great resource for all of the best local spots.
