Welcome! I look forward to helping you buy or sell real estate here on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Delmarva! I was born and raised in Salisbury, MD, and I'd love to share all that the area has to offer with my clients. From the beach to the bay, there is something for everyone.
I specialize in residential real estate, and love helping both buyers and sellers get from where they are to where they want to be. One of my favorite parts of my job is working with first time homebuyers and helping them find and make their first house a home. I enjoy helping my clients through every step of the process, from financing to inspections to settlement day and beyond. Need a recommendation for a lender, title company, or other vendor? Marti was our realtor when we bought our first house, sold our first house and bought our second house. We couldn't have done it without her. She was always there for my ridiculous questions and concerns, and through every single obstacle she had a solution for it. She was determined and resilient and made the impossible possible. She handled both the sale and the buy with ease (even though selling my house was FAR from easy) and we really couldn't have been in our forever home now without her.
