The BEST trait about Deborah is how quickly she replies to inquiries. She is an excellent communicator. We had many questions and she patiently answered them. She never made us feel as if we were bothering her, and she made us believe she genuinely wanted to serve.
Genuine. Patient. Easy-going, yet reliable. Follows-through. Provides helpful information and advice (when asked for), and applies no pressure.
Another great trait is she works for YOU. She made us feel someone 'had our backs' when going through the trying process of buying and selling a house. She never made us feel as if we were asking too much of her.
I've already recommended her to friends, and will continue to do so as long as we are in this area.

Our experience with Debbie was a extremely pleasant one, not just because she was able to find exactly what we were looking for, but the manner and professionalism that she went about it. Debbie was very knowledgeable of the area and what was available. She kept a keen eye out for what she knew we were looking for. Debbie kept us updated constantly even though she was working with other clients and also expanding her knowledge in the field of realty at the same time. Where can I possibly start this referral about Ms. Deborah? Someone who has put up with my (brilliant) snarky responses concerning our adventurous trail of woe in finding the right home and good representation. Debbie helped us find the perfect home here in Panama City. We were moving to the area and only had a very short window of opportunity to search as we were traveling back and forth from VA to do so. She dedicated a great amount of time searching for homes for us and showing us homes. Even when a deal fell through due to the seller's issues, she stayed upbeat and continued to work and find us our now forever home! The price of our home was fair so the negotiating was mainly in the inspection process and Debbie made sure that all repairs were done and done properly. Anyone would be lucky to have Debbie be their partner in a home search!
