I am a retired Navy Senior Chief with 20 and a half years of service. I was stationed here in 1993 where I met and married my wife of over 23 years. After retiring I started a small A/C and Heating company that I ran and worked in for 18 years. I decided it was time for a career change and decided to become a realtor. I have been interested in real estate and home buying since I bought my first townhouse in San Diego California in 1987. I remember how exciting and stressful it was buying my first house and how proud I was after closing. I think everyone should get to experience this first time home buying experience.
