As a professional guardian needing to vacant and sell a property for one of my clients in an area that I had never been to seemed very overwhelming. As soon as we contacted Ron, he was giving us information on houses that we would be interested in. He took us on showings and gave us information regarding the area and the home's benefits. He is a very good listener and paid attention to the details that we were looking for. He was always available, 24/7, and we felt that he was truly interested and concerned that we would get the home we wanted. We did! He was professional in his conduct and communicated in a clear manner so we knew what we needed to understand, e.g. heating systems, etc. He handled negotiations to correct some errors on the sellers end and was with us through the closing. He is now contracted with us to sell our current home and has reviewed all the information necessary for buyers and gave us insight into how to present the house for sale. Ron has been great to work with and recommend him for his expertise, knowledge, dedication and enthusiasm in his work.

Take all the stars in this rating, and multiply them by all the stars in the sky, and you still won't get to the Rating that Ron truly deserves. From start to finish, Ron has gone above and beyond,for both Seller(s) and Buyer(me). A VA Mortgage can be very demanding on all parties, but he handled it like it was just another day at the office for him. A true professional in every aspect. I highly reccomend Ron Koruszko, he just needs to update his profile picture. Kudos Ron ;)

Ron helped walk me through the buying process from the very first. It was a long process that we thought we were prepared for but quickly found that things don't always go as planned. He contacted us often and was always open to answering our questions - no matter how simple. He met us at our convenience many times to accept papers or signatures. I always felt as if he were welcoming and friendly and never pressured us into any decisions. He did guide us through those decisions with ease, however. When our original lender was giving us a hard time, he and the seller's agent helped us find a local lender that got us approved and to closing in far less time than the bank would commit to. Ron is truly a professional and I would highly recommend him if you're a first-time buyer or someone looking to buy any home in general!
