Kathy Hansinger is the best! Answered every question my wife and I came up with. From helping us find our dream home in another state to financing and taxes. It can be difficult working with someone from distance but once we met her we knew she was the realtor for us. Quick to respond, her knowledgeable, professional help made this a trouble free experience.

Kathy helped me relocate to the US from France over 8 years ago, and she really made the transition manageable for me. She found me the best rental house i could have hoped for, drove me around town time and time again to show me all the best places. She dealt with my broken english and helped me get my driver's license, SS number, bank accounts, everything! Kathy is passionate and dedicated, professional yet funny! She connected me to other relocated people so i would have friends to hang out with and some support. She really took care of me when i needed it. After a few years, i was looking for a house of my own, and there again, Kathy did it. She found my dream home, in a great location (walking distance from downtown Cary, NC, i doesn't get better than this) right in my budget. Kathy is really someone special. She cares about her clients and about the community. She has a fantastic network of friends and professionals, and knows all the tricks of the trade, which makes her a top notch real estate agent.
