I was introduced to Al Rosser when I was in the process of purchasing my second home. Al was immediately attentive, listening carefully to my desires all while weighing them against the realities of the market. His knowledge not only of real estate sales, but also of intricate matters of building construction was very helpful (I thought I knew about things like that, but Al knew more).
Fact: timeliness is a pet peeve of mine. I am bothered when people are not on timeó well, I had nothing to complain about with Al. He was always on time for our meetings and very, very fast to jump on prospects and to work sometimes late into the evening to look at properties.
But I must say that what I value most about my relationship with Aló his knowledge and work ethic being definite assets ó is the friendship my spouse and I have developed with him. Itís a friendship that has lasted for almost fifteen years.
Now, more recently, three years ago my spouse and I purchased an apartment in New York City and moved there. Al was valuable in finding us someone who watched over our home in Cincinnati and maintained it as rental property. Alís connection to the business and the general community is definitely an asset.
So, this year my spouse and I decided to sell our home in Cincinnati and guess who we called right away? Yep, Al Rosser. Within a week we had a contract with a buyer! A month later we closed.
P.S. It was great having dinner with you and your family when Greg and I visited for Thanksgiving! See you soon!
