Melinda did an excellent job in finding our first home. She went above and beyond for our little family. She paid close attention to detail on what we were looking for, was willing to answer questions that we had about the process of becoming a homeowner, and sent us a email each week of new listings in the area that fit our needs. After actively searching for a few weeks, Melinda called us and said that she found a perfect home for us and that we needed to come take a look right away, it was everything we wanted!!! long story short we put in an offer and now it is our forever home.
