For friends who I haven't yet met, here is a bit of history so you can know me better: I became a Realtor in 2002 and have worked in both residential new construction and resale markets. My real estate clients say they enjoy the strong customer service work ethic that I have developed during my 30+ years experience in sales, marketing and management.
I have Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and marketing credentials from the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2012 I became an Associate Broker at ERA and through my career have also earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).
I am a well-trained REALTOR. Education is important so you have the latest information available. It might be interesting for you to know that, while the MINIMUM requirement for a REALTOR to keep their license is 8 hours of continuing education and Legal updates per year, I average over 21 hours of continuing education and Legal updates EACH YEAR and have done so since I've been licensed. In 2010 I earned the "Master Realtor Award" recognizing my commitment to education, volunteerism and support of the real estate community.
Around town you will see me active in the Jackson Area Association of Realtors where I volunteer for several committees including Professional Development and Grievance Committees as well as many other projects sponsored by this Jackson Area Association of Realtors. as well as the fundraising commitments for MDA sponsored by ERA Reardon Realty.
