My husband and I were first time homebuyers and Mike made our process so easy! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we got everything we wanted and things we didn't know we needed! He was always available to speak with and his dedication to helping us find our first home was extremely professional! Mike did a great job for us. Even though we sold for less than we anticipated, we feel we got a fair price. He was always only a phone call away, and answered any questions we had promptly and with accurate information. He worked with our schedule, weekends and nights if need be, while we were in the process of moving. It was a pleasure working with him to sell our home.

After being in the area for a year we were very specific on where we wanted to buy a house. Mike was very patient in showing us the few available homes, gathering information, and waiting for more homes to become available on the market. He was very responsive and knowledgeable of the local area. He understood my husbands military schedule and stayed well into late evening to allow us to sign documents for a quick closing. If you want an agent that will work hard to get you into that home you want as quickly as possible (without being pushy)....Mike Ude is your guy.

Mike Ude consistently stayed in contact with both my wife, Angie and me during the process of selling our home. He made sure when anything needed to be addressed with our house, such as repairs, etc. he notified us and followed through with all repairs. We were both very happy with Mike as our real estate agent and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Both of us being Military Retired Disabled Veterans really helped in Mike's understanding of what we needed, and of what we should stay away from. The V.A. is at times hard to deal with, and Mike helped us to understand what they would and would not approve. This saved us a lot of time and frustrations. He walked us through every thing and personally took us to every State and Parish office that we needed to visit to get the piles of paper work completed, and took us to the Attorney and helped us understand the process. He introduced us to the current owners, and helped us understand the home inspection. It is much easier for me to deal with a Veteran like Mike as we both have been there and done that.

Being new to the area, my supervisor suggested I visit Sarver Real Estate when I had time, to look into a home. He mentioned that with him also being new to the area that they were very helpful in finding the right home for him. I walked into the Sarver Real Estate office and approached the front desk. Mr. Ude came out to greet me and led me into his office and our adventure begin. He asked mebout myself, my family and what were my needs for a home. He then proceeded to find home in that particular area, I requested that were available and allowed me to review them at my lesiure and to let him know what homes, I wanted to view. Because of the nature of my work and the number of hours, I was working, Mr. Ude agreed to take me to view homes outside of normal buisness hours. We view several homes and I noticed a home in my preferred area, that was not on 'the list'. I told him, I would like to view it and he made a few phone calls and we were able to view it that day. As we were touring it, I felt that it was the home for me. It was in the area I wanted, near good schools and would not have required me to have a long to commute to work. However, as I had never bought a home before, I asked him to give me a couple of days to think about it and to speak with some people that I trust. I contacted a day and a half and asked him to make an offer. The sellers countered with an offer the next and we countered their offer and came to an agreement. We then started the process. Mr. Ude was with me each step of the way, keepeing me informed and fighting to ensure I got the best possible deal. After the home appraisal, he helped me negoitiate again with the sellers, to make sure we were a good fit and still interested in making a deal. He was very accomdating, including meeting me at my office to sign paperwork that could not be signed digitally. During the last coule of weeks before closing day, he was out of the country on a planned vacation, but had arranged for another member of his office to be available to me and to work me through anything, I needed including the final walk through and closing day. He was still available through text messages and emails. After closing on the home and moving, he has been in touch with assistance in getting appliances and any other issues, that I had. As I said before, I was new to the area and knew only new coworkers. If you are looking for a dedicated real estate agaent that will look out for you and help you get into the right home for you. Please do not hesitate to call Mike. By the way, I left out so many more ways that he helped me, but I think that you get the point...
