I was raised in a small town on Lake Michigan and moved to Colorado Springs in 2009. Since moving, I have come to terms with the breathtaking mountainous views, as fine candidates to replace the sounds of the crashing waves. I started at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) as a nursing major, my goal was always to help people. After starting a family, my husband and I decided working as a stay at home mom would be the most rewarding for myself and my family. Real estate has been an absolute pleasure for me, watching families grow in and out of homes, all the while helping them find their new perfect home to make many more memories. Having my own family has taught me a lot about the advantages of living in this city; school systems, outdoor activities, community assemblies, and the picturesque scenery. Looking to help others buy or sell for their future plans has been so fulfilling, I can't wait to start working with you!

This was our second time using Alyssa. We used her to purchase our home and she was so good we went back to her to sell our home! Alyssa was very responsive during every step of the process. She was not shy about doing things we asked her to do that might have been out of another realtors comfort zone and in the end she got us $35k over asking. She stayed calm with every hiccup that came along and helped give us peace of mind when questions came up. Shes a bulldog! Highly highly recommended.

Working with Alyssa was like working with a family member. She was very personable while looking for my perfect home! Something I felt completely comfortable in. She was always on time to showings, got back in record timing if I had any question and was super friendly and professional. If I ever need to look again I will most definitely use her. We bought a house from Alyssa in August of 2021. During this time we still lived out of state and Alyssa was able to ensure there was a way for us to see each of the homes she was showing us. After we selected a home, she went above and beyond, even after the purchase of the house. She was extremely helpful and always knew who to call if we needed something. She went so far as to go to the home and take some packages inside that she knew was coming. We are very grateful this was the experience we had while buying a house and not being present. I will recommend Alyssa to anyone I know who is looking for a home in Colorado, words can not describe how awesome it was to work with her on this major purchase!

Alyssa communicated every detail we needed to know and be aware of every step of the way. She took time to show houses on our time crunched schedule and helped us find the perfect house to start our family in. Alyssa took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us many homes that we liked a lot. When we decided on the home we purchased, she was on the ball and got all paperwork done very quickly. We got a great deal on a move in ready home and she did well to negotiate the best price with the seller. We look forward to working with Alyssa again as our family continues to grow.
