A Colorado native, I have had the opportunity to experience many different locations as the daughter of an Air Force Officer. Since 1984 the Pikes Peak region has been my home and I understand the unique market environments in Colorado Springs, Monument and Fountain, in the mountain communities of Woodland Park, Divide and Florissant, and in the Ute Pass communities of Chipita Park, Cascade and Green Mountain Falls.

As a buyer's agent and broker associate, I consult with first-time buyers, with families needing to right-size their home, and with empty-nesters ready to start a new chapter of home ownership.
I was awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) credential - a designation that less than 10% of Realtors earn.

In addition, I am also a certified Relocation Specialist through USAA and Cartus Broker Network. For more than 20 years, I have supported military and corporate clients, consistently achieving a 9 or a 10 ( out of 10) for client satisfaction.

With a bachelor degree in Psychology and a master degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, I understand how to listen. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important - and stressful decisions people can make.
