I am a single father with 2 growing children and was in need of a moderate size home that I can maintain on my own, big enough for my children to grow in. I also had specific needs and desires for our new home. I communicated these needs and desires to Julie and Dawn very early in my process and they did perfect at showing me many options that were exactly what I was looking for, while staying within my budget, and keeping my needs and desires intact. Julie and Dawn were great! Being first time home buyers, they helped us through the whole process, which was huge because are stationed in Germany. From a FaceTime call to show us the house, to signing for us at closing, they were excellent. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
