We love Lars! He was very patient and professional with all our ignorance, and 'wants' in a house. We changed our 'wants' as we learned more about the city. Lars listened to us and was very honest about the homes he showed. He loves what he does and takes it seriously! We were never made to feel that we bothered him even when my engineer husband would call him with many questions. After months of looking and helping us through the final negotiations - We love our home!

Lars was fantastic in my search for my first home. He took the time to understand my needs and situation, and worked hard to find what the best options would be. He provided tools for me to search on my own and find options I liked, as well as sent over recommendations. With the housing market here in Colorado, he worked with my on multiple offers and provided excellent information on the market and what to expect. He took much of the intimidation of buying my first house away and made the process very enjoyable! Finally found my perfect home and love it! I selected Lars from a long list of possible agents, and I was not disappointed. He had the credentials of experience and community knowledge, and the skills to guide me through the entire home buying process. He took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for in a home and neighborhood, and found houses that specifically addressed my wants and needs (including the yard for my dogs). Once he did the research, we found my house on the second day of viewing!
Once found, Lars informed and instructed me through the mounds of paperwork- or I should say the e-paperwork- of requirements, inspections and agreements, and worked with my loan officer. Much of this was done long-distance since I was moving from another state. He stayed on top of the process, anticipating and preparing me for each step as well as reminding me of details and deadlines as I was gearing up for my move.
Lars has the personality and knowlege to tailor the home search to your needs. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing realtor services.

Lars was the best realtor I've ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable, and caters to the needs of his clients. Lars was very helpful in explaining the things that most agents would probably think are trivial. Being a first time home buyer, very young, and, admittedly, very naive, we had a lot of questions, and there was even more that we weren't asking. He was there to get us the answers and get us the house we wanted. He was honest when he had to be, but always maintained a professional and respectful attitude and relationship. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a home and will keep his card for my friends in the future.

Lars was great to work with; he showed me one place after another until I selected the place i eventually purchased. Whenever I needed him to open the house for an inspection or whatever, he was there right now. Great person, I appreciate all he did for me.

Lars is fantastic! So great, so patient, and low pressure. Amazingly, Lars is not more worse-for-wear after his journey with us. We met Lars at an open house for a property we were interested in last January, but as things go, that offer did not go through. Lars showed us the houses we selected all over town until finally we decided to build a new home. Lars was at every meeting and walked us through every step and we finally closed last December.
On the flip side, Lars also sold our condo for us. I can't believe how detail-oriented and ambitious Lars is. He helped pack boxes, rearranged furniture, and even decorated our home for pictures. He was there the entire time the photographer was there to help move things. We had two full-price offers within two days of being on the market. We couldn't have been happier with the results of all his hard work.
He is a true pleasure to be around and we recommend him to everyone. We will happily do business with him again.

The level of service was great, he was very knowledgeable on the area we were looking and was very flexible on fitting in home tours with our busy work schedules. He helped us compare characteristics on the houses we were looking at and made us understand different factors that could ultimately impact our decison on purchasing a home. As a first time home buyer he showed us what right looks like and used his experience to guide us on find our first home. At the time of closing my wife was by herself while I was out of state cause of work and Lars went above and beyond to help her out on the move and to help he settle on our new home.
