Having worked with Laura in the 1990's and knowing that she had moved into real estate, I called her when I was ready to sell my home in Manitou Springs. She knows the area well and worked hard to market my odd little home. She used every tool to bring in prospective buyers, followed up with every showing, and helped me to fix or change things that would make it more appealing. She kept going where I might have given up. I would recommend her to anyone.

Laura was an incredible agent! She aided in helping sell my house above and beyond normal expectations since I did not live in the area and it was located over thirty minutes out of the Springs. She would drive out any time necessary to help during the prep, inspections, and a re-roofing project. She made the closing go incredibly smoothly as well. I highly recommend her!

I've known Laura outside of real estate for some time. It's nice to work with someone that you know has integrity that you can trust. It was a long journey navigating this market to find something, but together we patiently plugged away and ended up finding a really good house and getting it.

I would highly recommend Laura Ryan.
She was very helpful in the entire process. Laura has great communication skills, is highly professional, and very dedicated. She handled all the details and kept us on track. In addition to her professional skills, Laura is a kind, friendly and caring person. She went above and beyond; helping me in a time where I had some scheduling conflicts which made the process more difficult. She was always gracious and supportive. Laura Ryan is a great realtor she knows the city of Colorado Springs and lives the lifestyle of a true Coloradan. She will find your dream house that doesnÂ’t just fit your needs, but also makes you feel welcome and at home right away. Laura has been on top of providing information on houses as soon as they are listed. Knowing that lowered price investment properties, especially in my target neighborhood, sell in a day or two she is alway spot on in getting me the listing as soon as the property is available for showing. Laura has great knowledge of the value of homes and those that are priced beyond their value.
