Absolutely spectacular realtor and representation!
She was like a shark, asking the all & rarest questions about the property without hesitation - things that I wouldn't have never asked because we aren't from COS. It definitely showed her experience and knowledge of the area. I felt very confident and comfortable within two minutes of meeting Lynn. She was very flexible and always quick to respond. Down to earth and a straight shooter!

My husband and I live in AZ and were trying to buy some land in Colorado Springs. Lynn went out of her way to look for places for us. Lynn Clancy was great. We did our viewing on line since we were out of state. My husband was relocating for a job. We found a house and she actually video the whole house for us. Which was great she gave us great recommendation about what areas to use. She is a USAA approves realtor
So if you are Military relocating she is a great person on your side. She also did follow up call after closing which I loved.
If we buy another house I would use her again
