Patrick Logue

Short version: Pat represented the absolute best realtor experience that I have ever had. Always professional in personal presentation, rapid in delivery of information and houses that met my criteria, and surprisingly seemingly always available to go to houses within a moment’s notice. You will think you are Pat’s only client for the duration of your home buying experience with Pat. Should you be lucky enough to attain Pat as a realtor, his tireless efforts will astound you. Long version: At the time that I had begun to house shop, I was in the state of North Carolina as I am in the military. I had been to Colorado a couple times on vacation but wasn’t extremely familiar with the area. I had initially been assigned another realtor that wasn’t communicating as much as I would like so I requested another agent. I was assigned Patrick Logue. I immediately meshed very well with Pat. I explained my housing criteria to Pat and he immediately set me up with his app so that I could do my own searching, as well as enrolling me in his own listing service that updates every 30 minutes so as to get the most up to date listings as possible. If you were unaware, as of the spring/summer of 2017, the housing market in Colorado is absolutely insane. It is truly a sellers’ market, houses having offers within hours of listing, buyers getting in bidding wars over houses. So it was absolutely crucial to get up to the minute updates on the market, in which Pat supplied flawlessly. After several phone conversations and listing comparisons, Pat had assisted me in compiling a list of houses and areas to see within my search criteria. I flew from NC to CO and Pat selflessly devoted an entire Saturday to driving me all over the place. I even offered that we could use my rental car to drive around in, he denied it and drove me around in his personal vehicle. I noticed right away that Pat was dressed well, slacks and a button up and always had a name plate on his shirt. That was a trend that never went away and spoke towards his professionalism. After my trip to Colorado I felt confident in where I wanted to live. Several houses came on the market in the subsequent 3 weeks that met my criteria and when I brought them to Pat’s attention, he ALWAYS went that day and took videos of the places and uploaded them to his personal YouTube channel. Pat would give me his own assessment, as well as run a market assessment on the houses in question in order to give me the best, most well researched assessment possible. Another quality that I greatly appreciated in Pat was that he didn’t mind telling me to hold back and not rush in. I was getting pretty eager and he would tell me to hold back. When it came time to put in offers, Pat was a little reluctant to “Tell me what to do,” yet, he always offered sage wisdom. Upon finding the house that I ended up purchasing, I was extremely excited about it and really didn’t want to let it slip through my fingers, as 2 houses already have before this one. I was prepared to offer $7,500 over asking price and Pat encouraged me not to, which he felt strongly that we could get the house at asking price. I put my faith in Pat and I ended up getting it for asking, saving me $7,500. At closing, I was reminded once more of Pat’s professionalism when the selling agent showed up disheveled and dressed poorly, to say the least. I was proud of Pat! I have purchased three houses now in three different states and hands down, Pat is the best realtor that I have yet experienced. I have no negative comment to make, no unfulfilled wish to note.

I purchased a house a couple years ago near downtown but soon decided it was smaller than I needed. When I chose to sell I knew that I wanted an experienced agent, and I chose Patrick. He is extremely professional yet so very personable. He was easy to talk to and always available when I needed to speak with him. I had a couple nervous nights due to a few home inspection issues, but Patrick put me at ease and was able to get the sellers, and me, to agree on a couple stumbling blocks. Lucky for me, my house sold very quickly, but with Patrick's negotiation skills I was able to get much more than my asking price. I will recommend Patrick to anyone searching for a home or selling their own.
