Paula is the hardest working woman in real estate. Day or night, if I had a question, she was on it. I rarely had any questions though due to how thorough she was throughout the entire process. She understood the quick time line I was under to sell my home and was empathetic to the stresses of selling a home. 3 days after listing my house was under contract. I could not have asked for a better agent and I doubt I could have found one. She sold it for $5K more than the asking price in just one day! I was originally concerned that she might be more of a buyer’s agent than a seller’s agent, but her performance quickly negated any concerns I had. She’s a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the process. She’s proactive and really excels at following up on open items without being a pain about it (a key quality for the customer moving - when there’s a lot going on, you don’t want to miss something, but you also don’t want to be bugged about it constantly.) She’s a problem solver - when there were issues with the appraisal, she handled it, even though it actually wasn’t her job. She came up with listing language to allow a potential buyer to pick the exterior paint color as an incentive in the sale. She knows the market well and made the whole process a breeze.
