Rick was amazing. I've rarely been treated so well in my life. We found me my house in 2012, and as a first-time home buyer, I was pretty inexperienced. He walked me through everything, answered every question I had, and we closed on my house quickly.
Rick's service didn't stop there, as I had a few questions for him over the years regarding renting out the house and later, selling it. Any time I sent him an email, he would respond quickly and thoroughly. He even answered a question I had when he was on vacation. Whenever I would call him, he almost always had the information I needed/wanted, and if he didn't have it right there, he would get it for me very quickly.
Since Rick's service and level of knowledge is so good, I wanted him to be the realtor when I sold my house in 2017. He was, again, fantastic. He handled everything easily, and his suggestions always ended up correct. I initially priced the house fairly high, but I neglected a couple of things that would have made the house more attractive to potential buyers: specifically, the carpets and wall paint. From the start, Rick had suggested we get them professionally done, but I tried to get away with not having to get them done. So we got a lot of other small things done, but the two big items I deferred to see if it would make a difference. It did. The house stayed on the market even when we brought the price down a little, so eventually, I took Rick's suggestions and got the walls painted and carpets professionally done. Within a week, we had an offer at the asking price.
I moved from Colorado Springs several years ago, so we sent all the paperwork overnight via FedEx, and closing went very smoothly and quickly. He gave me specific, detailed instructions on what I needed to do, and it went great.
On a personal note, besides being incredibly satisfied with Rick's service, knowledge and friendliness, he remembered personal details about me and my family that demonstrated to me an exceptional level of caring and involvement not commonly seen.
If anyone ever needs a realtor, go with Rick. You won't be disappointed.
