As out-of-state clients, we presented Tammy with an added challenge when we listed our townhome with her. We couldn't be there to coordinate the minor touch-ups prior to listing. We couldn't meet face-to-face, even before COVID-19 restrictions took hold. Tammy went above and beyond to take care of our needs as sellers. She provided routine updates to the market. She gave frank assessments of how our property would fare on the market and advised us as to how to improve the prospects. And, she was proactive in updating us on every interaction she had with potential buyers and their agents. We had never had this level of personal attention when buying or selling a home. The rapport she built with us made for a unique selling experience and took most of the stress out of the experience. We met Tammy in 2013 when we had first considered selling our Colorado Springs home. Though we chose at that time to rent it out, instead, when it was time to list more than six years later, we remembered Tammy's professionalism and personal attention. If we ever have the chance to buy a home in Colorado Springs in the future, we would only consider working with her. That is the level of trust she has earned with us. I feel like Tammy and Gayle went above and beyond what was expected. Our calls, texts, emails were always immediately answered. Tammy and Gayle radiate joy and you can tell they love their jobs. We feel that they provided us with enough comparable houses that we were able to come up with a fair listing price. And we had an offer in 2 days! Going into the process of buying our first home, we were really anxious and had no idea what we were in for. Tammy helped us throughout the process with regular check-ins and advice when it came to finding our home and what to expect. She was very accommodating even with last minute appointments (considering how fast the market is right now) and had many connections with different people which made the inspection process easy. Tammy was my agent when I bought my first house in CO. She explained the map of different neighborhoods, so I was able to drive around and get a better feel of the areas. However, she left it up to me to make the decision on where I like to live. She was professional, always on time, patient (when I added things to my list of requirements), and most importantly trustworthy. Buying a house is a big decision and she made sure I have considered all the pros and cons about the place before I sign the contract. At no time during the process did I feel pressured or rushed. She explained the contract and all the legal terms. I would definitely work with her again.
Tammy is an amazing agent-- the Best! She was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
