Though we chose at that time to rent it out, instead, when it was time to list more than six years later, we remembered Tammy's professionalism and personal attention. If we ever have the chance to buy a home in Colorado Springs in the future, we would only consider working with her. That is the level of trust she has earned with us. Going into the process of buying our first home, we were really anxious and had no idea what we were in for. Tammy was my agent when I bought my first house in CO. She explained the map of different neighborhoods, so I was able to drive around and get a better feel of the areas. However, she left it up to me to make the decision on where I like to live. She was professional, always on time, patient (when I added things to my list of requirements), and most importantly trustworthy.
