Roy made the whole process of buying a house easy. From the moment I inquired about the house on the ERA Simpson website he contacted me right away so I could view the house. Then he was very patient while we got the loan approval for the house and he quickly had the contract ready togo as soon we we got approval. In less then a month we got the house. Roy's a great realtor and I definitly recommend him and his wonderful customer service!
