This is the second time we have used Colleen in the last year. She helped us buy our first home in the beginning on 2020. With a job promotion and opportunity for our family to move closer to my job, we had to sell our first home quicker than expected. Colleen was so wonderful the first time in helping us find the perfect starter home, she is immediately who we thought of to sell our home. She went above and beyond every step of the way and made sure that our needs were met. Her insight and guidance were invaluable throughout the whole process.
