Paul was willing to go through the house, room by room and list off the improvements that would have the biggest impact on potential buyers. He utilized his experience and local market knowledge to prioritize improvement ideas for us and then put us in touch with local contractors and suppliers for these projects. We had an amazing experience working with every contractor and vendor he recommended and all were affordably priced. The house would have been dramatically less valuable without his help. When it came time to list the house on the market, Paul helped us decide on the appropriate listing price and took great pictures of the house for us. Paul's listing was so good that we had an offer on the very first day that the house was on the market! From there he provided excellent guidance on negotiating with the buyer and we were able to settle on a price which had exceeded our initial expectations. Lastly, throughout the closing process Paul was instrumental in preparing the property. He helped us understand the codes that the home needed to meet as well as guidance with the repairs the buyer's had requested. He also recommended a great lawyer to work on the closing for us. Without Paul's help we would have been lost trying to sell this house. And throughout the entire process he was easy to reach, easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable.
