Judy was very professional and determined to find the right apartment for me, and I truly could not be happier with the apartment we found. Judy was great throughout the entire process of selling our rental property. She was always available and clearly communicated with us on every stage of the selling process. Her market knowledge was exact and she priced the property perfectly - we had multiple offers above asking within 3 days of listing, I still can't believe it! She works hard for her clients and she is transparent, honest and committed to doing the right thing and best thing for her clients. Judy is simply amazing. She is the type of realtor that is not looking just to sell any house to you, but for the right house for you. We never felt pressured to buy a house, and when we found the right house for us, she did everything in her power to guide us and get the house. She was so very supportive and resourceful, especially since we were first time home buyers. We have been working with a lot of others realtors and she was by far the best because she was trustworthy, she made us feel like she cared about getting the house that made us happy and for us that made a huge difference. This is the type of realtor every buyer or seller should get. I recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor that feels she really works in your best interest, not just to sell.

Judy was very professional, very punctual, very helpful with myself and client renting the apartment. Was very flexible with scheduling with showings and turning over keys to apartment. Was very clear with what was and what was not included in the rental agreement. Judy is the best and a great asset to Suburb Realty.
