My husband and I worked with April to purchase a lot to build a new home and really can'™t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). The fact that we were out of state buyers made it even more challenging for April but she always made time to "put eyes" on very lot we were interested in. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying the perfect lot in this market is challenging, but working with April made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her. It was a pleasure working with April in selling my house. She was very professional, honest and considerate of my needs. She was always available and almost always immediately responded to my messages 24/7? April is an excellent negotiator and was actually able to get more for my house than the listed price! April was knowledgeable in the small detail of getting the most for my house such as in the color of appliances and walls. She saved me a ton of money when consideration was made to paint the fence. She even helped with the housekeeping to prepare for the listing pictures! She was able to advise what needed to be repaired/replaced for the inspector and appraiser and the inspection was satisfactory with very minimal repairs and the appraiser was in agreement in what she stated for the listing price. She was able to recommend individual handy/repair contractors as well as company for any repairs deemed necessary. I will definitely welcome the opportunity to work with April again should I decide to buy more property in the Ga area!
