If you have ever bought or sold a property, you're probably not surprised that most homeowners cannot remember the name of their real estate agent. My clients enjoy a completely unique & memorable experience that only I can provide. Of course I will look after all details, ensuring your transaction goes as smooth as possible... this is to be expected. What sets me apart is how we get to closing. And since every buyer, seller and property is different, I take pride in making sure your experience is tailored to your unique situation. If you don't have CHIV as your real estate agent then you have the wrong one ! Lol ! I couldn't image buying my first home without her help !
