Just can't say enough good things about J.R. He went above and beyond to help my dad part with my grandmother's home after she passed away. He spent countless hours guiding us with what needed to be done to help get the house sold. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. My dad and J.R. worked well together and we all appreciate everything he did to get it sold.

JR Wyatt was great in helping me navigate the waters, both selling and buying a home. He knows a lot about the industry and home repair work in general, so he knew the questions to ask and things to look out for during the inspection process. He was very professional during contract negotiations and looked out for my best interest. JR made sure I was comfortable with every step along the way with both transactions. I would certainly hire JR as my agent again!

My experience with JR in dealing with a real Estate agent was excellent. He definitely took control of the process after I signed the contract for the sale of my house at 201 Ridgeway Road, Canton, Ga. The marketing of the house got the exposure needed to to sell the property. I could not have chosen a better agent than JR.
