I am originally from north Texas but now have lived in Arkansas much longer than I lived there. I am a white headed grandfather, bogey golfer and like to sing in my church choir. I am very proud to help my clients with their real estate needs.

Rusty Armstrong is a fantastic buyer's representative. I appreciated his knowledge of Little Rock neighborhoods, willingness to meet my needs related to timeline and availability and his diligence in making sure I had the information necessary to make a good decision about the house I selected. His insights on the homes were extremely valuable. I told him my goals at the outset and he helpfully and kindly reminded me of those goals anytime I was veering off-track. He is also incredibly responsive and stayed on task from showing to offer to closing. He has my highest recommendation.

Rusty is amazing! We moved back to LR after living in Europe & Rusty was patient enough to show my parents about 50 homes while we FaceTime'd with them, all in a month. I was very happy with the services I received from Mr. Armstrong. He was very attentive to what my wife and I wanted, and needed with our home. He was able to give us a good value assement and even took care of our home once we left the state. We had 2 instance where repairs needed to be made while we were away and rusty made sure they were done in a timly manner. Also Rusty was helpful during the closing process and we were never left in the dark or wondering for information. Overall great experience.

Rusty always responded quickly when we asked for a viewing , always on time, always answered questions or found out. The selling agent in the house we bought was a bit of a lollygagger so Rusty stayed on her and sometimes did her job as well as hers. He was patient, even write up our offer at 10 o'clock at night ! I would use him again if we ever decide to sell !

We could not be more pleased with Rusty. He made himself available for us all hours of the day and was quick to respond to our questions. He was always patient with us throughout a 6 month search process in which we toured over 20 homes, trying to find the right one. He never complained when we changed our mind at the last minute (sorry Rusty) on a couple of houses we thought we wanted. He was an excellent liaison between us and our seller. Even after closing he has continued to work with us to communicate our questions to the seller regarding the home and it's quirks. With Rusty you are in good hands.

Rusty answered all my guestions when I asked him something and if he didn't know he found the answer for me. He was helpful in getting paper work for me when I needed it. Rusty was helpful throughout the process from the moment he walked in the door. He was also very patient with all the questions I had through the long process. He kept us up to date on how the house was doing on viewings and provided us weekly emails on the stats on the house. He provided sound advice when it came to lowering the asking price and when we got our offer. I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their house.
