I was completely satisfied with Team Cama. Almost all of my direct interface was with Emily throughout the sales process. I do believe Jim was in the background providing input, especially for local knowledge along the way. Because I am located outside New York State I expected the process to sell a house in Lakewood to be demanding at the very least. Emily exhibited a very professional approach to everything with a good attention to detail beginning with her comparative market analysis. That gave me a good basis on what to expect both financially and schedule wise for the sale. Emily's attention to detail plays out well in her communication skills and her responsiveness to the numerous emails, texts, and phone calls over the four (4) month process. There were a couple of times where there were questions Emily didn't have the answer for and she openly acknowledged that, promised to get back with me quickly, and delivered on those promises. I believe she has or is developing a good network of resources (both internal to ERA and outside- contractors, surveyors, and household sale contacts) that she uses effectively.I developed a complete level of trust in Team Cama very quickly. I believe an area for Emily's development is to become more familiar with mortgage financing options (like those with state incentives) and the possible impact(s) on the total home sale process.
