Cheryl has been my agent since 2006. I've purchased houses from her as an agent, I've listed houses through her as my agent, she's sold houses for me as my agent and I've found houses to rent from her as my agent. She keeps information flyers in the boxes in front of the properties so anyone can know basic info. on the property at anytime.
