Erik listened to our ideas and used his deep knowledge of properties in the valley to help us find the one we were looking for. He must have driven us more than 100 miles in the Woodstock area and beyond and he took a real interest in what we wanted to do with the property, helping us with new of builders with a good reputation. Throughout he was warm and accommodating. We felt no pressure and had the impression he was more interested in finding us the right property than in closing a sale. He took us out after we signaled a contract and introduced us to se of the people in Woodstock. We felt welcomed and comfortable.
