Paul McCarus

Paul is very helpful and patient. I am glad to work with him to achieve my second home endeavor in the Shenandoah Valley. I hope to find something soon.

Paul did a great job. He sold my house quickly. I wasn't living in the house, which made things complicated, and Paul went out of his way to figure things out for me. He did far more than was required.

We had a very unique property to market after our parents died and left a 58-acre spread to include a contemporary (in the 80’s) open home and also a large barn and several ponds. While other realtors were willing to sign a contract, Paul McCarus showed a special appreciation for our parent’s home that we knew he would pass on to potential buyers. Although very few properties of that size and value had sold in the valley during the previous year, we put our faith in Paul, and he followed through. From his years of experience he was able to advise us on improvements to be made. In the end, he found the perfect family that fell in love with the property, and made us an offer we were happy to accept. That they will be perfect stewards of our family home adds a great deal of comfort and satisfaction to the deal.

Early on we knew we could count on Paul to address any concerns or answer any questions we had concerning the property we were purchasing. Paul was always prompt in supplying any information needed by us and/or our loan agency. He put our minds at ease during what can be a very stressful process. We would definitely go to Paul for any future real estate transactions.
