It's simple - If you don't have a Realtor - Tony is your guy! If you ALREADY have a Realtor and you're not contractually obligated to them - dump them, and get Tony!
Tony will flat out outwork, out-effort, outperform any person/company you will ever engage for service.
Eminently professional, knowledgeable, and I'm not sure how he pulls this off, but consistently managed to improve (especially since he was already awesome last year,and somehow got even better).
Tony is the ONE person that I've ever worked with on ANYTHING that I feel privileged to recommend. Privileged, full stop.
