Alyssa Sellers
My name is Alyssa ("Aly") K. R. Sellers. I am a premier home sales professional and staging consultant, and I love what I do! I am married to my husband, Austin. We have a son named Levi, two cats, and one dog. It¿s a full house! I fell in love with real estate when I was living in Northern Virginia. I have always had a love for art and architecture, but there was something about the rolling hills of the landscape and the historic homes there that drew me in, and I never looked back. Before becoming a Realtor®, I worked as an attorney for several years, and I maintained my law licenses in Michigan and Washington, DC, alongside my real estate license in Virginia to stay up-to-date on legal concepts and keep my knowledge of contracts fresh. I believe my legal background has helped me to have a strong foundation for my career in real estate. Though I am not a licensed Alabama attorney, I have confidence in my understanding of the rules that underlie the professional advice our clients expect us to give them in a real estate transaction, and I think that helps me deliver solid service to each client each and every time. I pride myself on my promptness, attention to detail, responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism. I treat everyone with fairness and respect, and I want each client to know I take pride in my work. Each transaction is important to me. I strive to deliver on promises made, follow up on questions asked, and attend to any special needs of a client. It gives me great joy to see my clients happy, and that is really what this job is about. I like to live by the golden rule and treat everyone the way that I would expect to be treated if I were on the other side of the transaction. I want my clients to know I am working hard for them, and I will do my best to meet and exceed their expectations. I know it can be challenging for families who must relocate every few years due to being a member of our U.S. military, and being a person who has relocated several times myself, I can relate to and empathize with them in that. I hope I can help each client to "love where they live" and "live where they love." I look forward to helping them achieve that goal with each move, even if it's only for a short while. I want to be a part of the positive experiences in my clients' lives, and I enjoy making long-lasting friendships with them as well. It is an honor to serve in this capacity, and I look forward to being my clients' trusted real estate advisor.
