Sherry Weeks

I was buying a house (from out of town) and was not getting anywhere with my real estate agent when Sherry was recommended to me. I am so happy I switched agents because she was fantastic! We are military and were unable to come to town to see the houses, but we had narrowed it down to a specific neighborhood. Sherry did a great job getting listings to me so we could nail it down to a few houses, then FaceTime'd me through the houses as we talked about them. I was able to pick a house in only a few days based on her knowledge. She also said the house was overpriced and we ended up getting $15K knocked off the price of the house thanks to her! She is an amazing agent and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a house. She also helped up get some work done on the house after we purchased it, before we got into town...which in my book is above an beyond, but she was happy to help us! Overall a great experience with a top notch professional.

Sherry Weeks at ERA Weeks and Browning was fabulous to work with when you bought our house. She did everything online and over the phone to schedule a great line up of houses. I came in town for a week and looked at every house she had hand picked for us. She was able to process an offer, negotiate the details of the deal and schedule a closing date before I left town. She was great getting the house and pool inspected along with setting up the closing. Everything went great with her on our side. She currently is working as our selling agent because we loved her so much. She is honest, knows the area and school systems and is also available to answer your calls and mails. I would recommend her whether you are buying or selling in the Montgomery area!

She knows real estate backwards & forwards. She knows the fair fair value of property, and is an excellent negotiator. She is excellent at finding what you want, and knowing all details in closing the house and loan. I bought a house from Sherry in 2000, it was easy, smooth, and with no surprises. She narrowed down the choices and didn't waste my time, she advised what I should offer based on comps of other homes, and then walked me through the loan process including home warranty and the home inspection. I'd use her again on my next home.

Sherry is a great agent. Sherry kept me up to date on when she was showing the house. She makes sure all repairs are done in a timely fashion. She responds to tenant concerns promptly.
