Cindy Masters

Cindy is a licensed REALTOR® in South Carolina and is proud
to be a member of the ERA Wilder team. 
She has broad business, marketing and sales experience across multiple
industries including sports, media, tourism, textiles and HVAC.  Cindy graduated with an M.B.A. from The
University of Tennessee, and she utilizes the marketing, sales, and customer
service skills that she developed throughout her career to serve her real
estate clients with focus and dedication. 
With experience overseeing product portfolios valued more than $100
million, Cindy offers a unique perspective and skill set to best represent her
clients in real estate transactions.

Cindy has lived in Tennessee and New York, and she moved to
South Carolina for the second time in 2011, having previously lived in Aiken,
South Carolina for 6 years as a child.  Cindy
understands the challenges and stress that relocations present for individuals
and families, being that she has personally moved between states 5 times in her
lifetime.  While in Columbia, she has
bought and sold homes in both Lexington and Richland counties and now resides
in downtown Columbia.  Cindy takes
ownership of easing the buying and selling process for clients whether moving
down the street or relocating across state and county lines.  She also brings professional business
knowledge and extensive sales and negotiations training to investors looking to
capitalize on the growing Columbia real estate market.
