Hi I'm Margaret and I have Real Estate in my Genes. My Great Grandmother was a female pioneer in the Real Estate Business in Detroit in the 1920s. My father was a founder of the Burke Co.,NC Board of Realtors. I started my Real Estate career in the Lowcountry of South Carolina in 1984. I was a resident of the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and worked for a Downtown firm where we specialized in Historic properties and Plantations. After Hurricaine Hugo, I continued my career in the mountains of North Carolina.   • Member of The National Board of Reators, The South Carolina Board of Realtors , and The North Carolina Board of Realtors. I am a member of The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and High Country Realtors Association. TWA Silver Wings International member and an alumna of The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

My Community Involvement

  • Being a contributing member of my community is an extremely important part of my life. Early on, I was co chair of the Bare Bones party benifitting the Charleston Symphony . After working for the group Alabama, which fueled my love of music, I was a founding member of The Doc Watson Museum and Doc Fest which helped restore The WPA Cove Creek School. I was also on the Board for Cove Creek Preservation and Developement and coordinated The Community Christmas event. Later on, I was a board member of the Hunger and Health and coordinted The annual Food Drive.
