Mike has been in Real Estate Management for well over 20 years, and the agents he mentors, coaches and supervises are always among the leaders in the Real Estate Market. He is often praised for the optimistic, cheerful culture in his organizations. His agents practice and live the "Givers Gain" philosophy of uplifting each other to the benefit of all. Before entering real estate Mike spent 22 years in the Army, retiring a Chief Warrant Officer in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. He and his wife have two adult children and two grandchildren. The culture of his office can best be described by these standards:

I believe that Mike has all the qualities that I need to successfully grow my real estate business. As an agent, I can chose any company and have consciously chosen to continue my professional relationship with Mike and ERA Wilder Realty. Mike is totally dedicated to insuring that he's available to all his agents. He's extremely knowledgable with contract law and has weekly training to make sure that we're all working our business with the utmost professionalism. He's help me navigate certain negotiations that have successfully resulted in large transactions. In addition, Mike continues to hire "like minded" agents and as a result has created a dynamic office environment focused on teamwork--a very difficult feat in this industry. Overall, I forecast that my business will continue to grow and with Mike's support, my potential is limitless! Thank you Mike for all your support.

Mike exhibits a high degree of professionalism and leadership. As my BIC, he has reinforced my real estate ethics and provided a clear direction to ensure my success. Mike's professional demeanor, problem solving and all qualitative aspects has helped ERA to become a more effective place to work. Just this past week when I encountered a problem and the issue was escalated to him, he expediently helped me clarify what needed to be done and intervened on my behalf to clear the issue when action was needed. Mike helped me clear this road block so I continue to work and stay productive. His analysis was accurate and effective. So grateful to have a BIC knowing he's got your back. Whatever Mike does, his leadership and actions are directed and geared into building a strong team for the success of our ERA office.

I have been a realtor for 18 years and I can't speak enough about having Mike Taylor as my broker. He is one of the best role models & teachers to have in this industry. He is always willing to help no matter what. He answers calls, text and emails even when on vacation. He is genuinely a caring, honest & professional person that you can rely on. What makes Mike a genuinely superior BIC is firstly his experience, he has a wealth of hands on real Real Estate knowledge and is truly an expert. He shares that information in either one on one training or sales meetings but more importantly the times you feel you need it the most - nights, weekends...holidays. I can always count on Mike to answer a call. That leads me to my second point - he has our back. Loyalty and Trust play an important role in our office and that comes from the top down. He will fight for us and defend our work, if a correction needs to be made its done quietly and privately. Thirdly - Mikes Managment and teaching style - he leads he does not push and that's important because everyone has different goals and he respects that, so he's always there for you if you need him but respects us enough to give us space and room to grow at our own pace.
