I met Petie about 10 years ago when I moved t Columbia and was looking for a place to live. She is a very knowledgeable caring person. She sat down with me to go over the ins and outs of purchasing a home. She took me to see lots of different homes in different areas until I found one I liked. When I moved to the other side of Columbia later on, she did the same for me again. This time I was the seller and Petie was very dilligent in getting my house shown, in helping me to do things to make it look better for buyers. My house sold in just a few months!
