I very much enjoyed my time working with Seth! If you're looking for a realtor to help you flip a house, he's your man. He has a great network of contractors, he's very knowledgeable and he's not afraid to get in there and get his hands dirty himself if the situation calls for it. He's always available any hours of the day or weekend. I've actually missed being in touch with him constantly since my house sold and felt like we became friends throughout the process.

Working with Seth as he placed our house on the market, saw us through showing our home in the midst of the tumultuous pandemic and successfully closing the sale of our home was simply awesome. We were privileged to experience his amazing marketing skills in videography, photography and writing to attract a solid body qualified buyers. Throughout the process his kind spirit, availability and very knowledgeable advice was a significant encouragement to ultimate success. Seth did a great job for us. He went over and beyond what was required of him. We didn't live in the area so he had to do more to accommodate us. I don't know what else he could have done as a realtor.

I can't say enough great things about my realtor Seth. He went above and beyond during the entire transaction. I was purchasing a home from out of state in an area I was not 100% familiar with. He shared his local knowledge and where I could get the most for my money.
My schedule to see homes was very limited so we would have to visit 8-10 homes at a time. From the time I arrived he had the list ready and appointments set. I did not have to worry about anything. Once a home was selected, I was not able to be there for some critical times such as the inspection. He was there in my absence for hours while it was completed. Even after the inspection when some items needed to be addressed he coordinated the repairs and got multiple quotes from different companies. He is trustworthy and hard working. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing or selling a home.

I worked with Seth several years back buying. I still remember the positive experience I had. Seth was very knowledgeable. He works proactively that I asked about a property and he rushed there to check for me before I asked for a showing. The process went well. He has good connections and helped me resolve my financing issue as well. Eventually, I got the deal in multi offer situation.

I recently purchased my sixth home but it was the first home I purchased by myself. All five of the previous homes were bought with my husband and I felt lost doing it alone. The first home Seth showed me was not for me and he sensed I deserved something different. He made a few calls and he began showing me homes that were much nicer, brighter, updated neighborhoods, better quality, and well within my price range.
The amazing part: I was unaware of all the immediate service he made available to me. He was at my home inspection when I could not attend, my final walk through, referrals for cleaning, homeowners insurance, etc. My Mom may consider a home in the same area from Michigan and I will make sure Seth is her Realtor.
