My goal has and always will be to always put my client's needs above all. I will not let you walk into a deal that I feel is not in your best interest. The negotiation process is in my opinion the most important part of any real estate sale and fortunately that is one of my strongest skills. I can promise you that if you trust my process you will not walk away leaving any money on the table. I started out over 10 years ago investing in rental houses. I have fixed up and flipped several as well which have over the years built me up a great list of specialized trade contacts. They have always been at my client's disposal whenever needed. I am not one to sell you a house and then disappear, I will be there anytime you need me.
