I was born and raised in Mechanicsville, VA and have also lived in Glen Allen and Short Pump. I've spent a lot of time in Chesterfield and Richmond City and am familiar with all the hot spots around Richmond!
I have worked in Customer Support and Customer Success roles for my whole career. I also have experience in Sales but love the fact that all of my Sales roles have been focused on current customers. This means that I've had to first build a relationship with them before selling to them. My role has been to ensure that they are happy and successful in our partnership.
