I have two married sons and 4 grandsons who are smart & love to play baseball together. One granddaughter who is both a star baseball player as well as a ballet dancer and now taking voice lessons. God has been very good to me. The struggles in my life gave me compassion for others as well as taught me valuable lessons to help others through similar situations. I believe we are here to help each other be the best we can be.

I don't normally write reviews because I think someone has to really perform above expectations for it to be worth my time. Sin-Yi has been such an agent. From the very beginning, and through the entire selling process, she has been patient, kind and demonstrated impeccable communication. She was always responsive to any concern or question I had. I honestly can't think of any aspect of the process that she didn't handle with utmost professionalism.

I came to seek SinYi Lambertson's professional loan service after two other lenders had failed to qualify my prospects for a conventional loan. I was reluctant that any new lender, Ms. Lambertson being my third loan broker now, could potentially re-evaluate my finance data and help me get qualified for a conventional loan? From the start, she assessed my financial situation, and portrayed much optimism for a successful qualification award. SinYi went on to work tirelessly in figuring out strategies to meet the excruciating demands from the loan underwriter. During this process, SinYi stayed ahead of the game and kept me informed constantly. As fate would have it, after many months of her heart (and hard) labor and persistence, the final verdict proclaimed I had been qualified for the loan! Additionally, SinYi had timed to lock in at an incredibly low interest rate with virtually 0% loan fee!! Undoubtedly, anyone reading this review get the sense of her uncompromising high quality service commitment towards her client.
Since SinYi is also a Real Estate Broker and is affiliated to providing full service including escrow services, subsequently, her company would go on to reveal a dedicated, friendly, attention-to-detail staff members who offered the most valued professional services I have ever experienced having worked with other Real Estate and escrow agents from previous home purchase experiences.

Sin Yi is very knowledgeable about the market and she communicated the trends to us. She helped us find a great person to stage the house and helped herself with the staging. I have to say SIN YI is someone really touched my heart! I believe there has million customer just like me: new in America and FIRST TIME BUYER. We know nothing about local estate market and confusing with everthing at all. SIN YI is someone who really helping me for all the details again again and again. She is polite, sweet, expert, and unbelieveble patiently for all of my stupid questions and always giving her professionally advice on everything!
Before i met her i talked with more than 20 realtors in LA and i was almost losing my hope on those people. Most of them are chasing quick money and never care about their clients. My heart was cold until i met SIN YI. THE ONE I CAN TRUST. She is really doing her job and can not be even better. I feel i'm so lucky to know her and i never thought a realtor can be so nice like her.

I appreciate the efforts SinYi and her team put in to expedite our loan. Although we had several hurdles to overcome with various requests from loan underwriters and having to vacate the home we sold before the loan funded, she was right there with Annette Matzen to keep us updated with the loan process. Sin-Yi went well above and beyond what anyone would expect in their broker. I am very much a neophyte when it comes to buying a home. She was a total advocate for me every step of the way. She worked late into the night to ensure I did not loose my rate lock when we encountered challenges with the escrow agency. As a senior citizen, she went out of her way to make sure I received the appropriate forms related to a tax credit. I Would definitely recommend her to friends, family, and anyone looking for a broker who will work to get you the best loan rates and stick with you through the whole process.
