Jackie and Kent are amazing! AMAZING! We initially contacted them while they were on a family vacation in Disney World and the excellent customer service started immediately. Kent and my husband talked for an hour during the initial conversation; a few days later, I called Kent myself and talked for about an hour. Let me remind you: they were at Disney World! We put a provisional contract on a place while they were still on vacation. They were up until 1 in the morning working on the contract...then more tweaking it the next morning. Then we flew to Idaho Falls and Kent took us to look at houses (that contract was provisional). Kent used to be an appraiser and he would show us the weaknesses of homes in addition to strengths. These realtors are not looking for a quick sale. They want you to love your home long after you have bought it. Kent spent days showing us homes; he is just tireless and so devoted. He even scouted out houses while we were resting at our hotel. He is not afraid to give his opinion, which is nice, but he also gives you the space you need to make your own decision. We went with the home we put that provisional contract on and Kent and Jackie made sure the contract reflected exactly what we wanted. This is not a buyers market, but Kent and Jackie made it feel like a buyers market for us because they were so available to us and our needs. Kent would not let us settle or get discouraged in this dismal market. These are great realtors, great advocates, and, honestly, they are just really great people.

This has been the third house we have purchased and the best experience we have had with any realtor! Experience does matter when choosing a realtor and Jackie's experience made all the difference. She began with our own home giving us a realistic view on what home improvements would make it sell. Then Jackie was patient with us, showing us several homes but never pushing a sell. Through Jackie we found our dream home but she gave us clear guidance with our offer to make ours the most desirable to the seller as he had 3 other offers. Through Jackie, we were able to list and sell our house within just a few days. We felt like Jackie was helping us every step on this journey. Not only did she help us find our forever home but she had great contacts to help find painters and carpet cleaners to make our new home perfect. Jackie and Kent Adams took great care of us through every step of the searching and offering process. They work together as an amazing team, and were an absolute pleasure to work with! They also pointed us in the direction of an excellent mortgage broker, who could offer us better terms than the firm who initially pre-approved a loan for us. Jackie and Kent were GREAT from the beginning to end! Whenever there was a home we wanted to look at, they were right on it; we never had to wait. When we found "the one," they made sure the entire transaction was seamless. They also assisted us with the sale of our old home, which was a little stressful at times, but they were so on top of things and helpful, that it ended up happening quickly and smoothly. Jackie is very patient and level headed and was always quick with a response to any questions or concerns we had. We won't hesitate using Jackie again for our realty needs. I have found the realty service of Jackie and Kent Adams to be literally the finest of any realtor I have ever dealt with in my life. I had gone to Idaho Falls to meet another realtor who I never met. She was apparently too busy to sell me a house. I called Kent and Jackie who came to my hotel, picked me up and we looked non stop at houses for a week. When a house I wanted to buy had gone under contract my last day Kent said come up again and we will find another and better house for you. I did come up about 3 weeks later and did find another much better house at a cheaper price in a better neighborhood. Their service goes far beyond driving around and looking at houses. If I liked a house Kent would tell me that in his opinion there was a problem and it could be expensive. He would guide me toward another home rather than sell me a home I could not afford to fix up as another person might be able to do. As a couple Jackie and Kent work extremely well together to guarantee you find a home you like in a neighborhood that suits your lifestyle. You will be guided through the town to see different neighborhoods and of course the locations of markets, hospitals and local eating fare. Check out Jackie and Kent for great realtors. Jackie Adams and her husband Kent are a very knowledgable, energetic and personable team. They were very realistic about the appropriate pricing for my home, in view of my need to sell without a long delay. Jackie is an excellent agent. My wife and I were impressed with everything she did for us. We put in multiple offers on different houses during our hunt, and Jackie was strong and bold working to get me the best price (since that was one of my primary requirements). It was great to have someone work with me on my goals. Her and her amazing team listened to what we wanted and would cater to us in every single way. At the end of the day, I could tell she cared about our well-being as much as she cared about her job. Very impressive!
