I bought the house as an investment and it needed everything (electrical, plumbing, duct work, water heater, first-time air conditioning) and I also put on a major addition. John fully grasped the value of the renovated property and carefully calculated the list price on a per square foot basis. His advice to me on some items (what IS the fascination in Tucson with gravel all over the yard?!) but he was right, whereas I was going to let it go despite the curb appeal impact. He made sure I optimized my sale price, and was very tactful in making his suggestions. He managed all the paperwork quickly and accurately, and because the house was so much bigger than the neighborhood comps, he discussed with the appraiser for the buyer why the sales price was warranted. He saved me from a bad appraisal that could have threatened the deal. He is very good at resolving issues he sees - before they become problems. He is a man who wants to help people. My sale set a big old record for the highest ever in the neighborhood! In sum, I would work with him again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend his professional talents! Do not run away from paying a commission to a good Realtor. John knows so much about his market, along with all the code and legal issues that can impact your sale. I absolutely would not have done as well as I did without the expertise of John Sweeden.

John did an excellent job! We do not live in Tucson. He met us last minute to walk the property. He connected us with a well drilling company. He met with a representative of Tucson Electric on our property to get an estimate on the cost of bringing power into our property. He did all of this on his own without us asking.
